He brings over a decade of experience, having served as a Controller and Internal Audit Manager in major industrial and commercial organizations. He excels at  financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with expertise in cost control and financial analysis, Ezz- aldeen earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.

With a forward-looking mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, he contributes to strengthening EagleTC’s financial resilience while supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
