Rakan Attar is an Engineering Manager at EagleTC, based in Amman, Jordan. He leads engineering activities from Jordan office across EagleTC teams worldwide, focusing on driving technical excellence, accuracy, consistency, and high-performance standards in developing and validating advanced automotive technologies.

 With over nine years of experience across both military and private sectors, Rakan has developed strong expertise in Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Project Management. Prior to joining EagleTC, he gained valuable experience working with JODDB and Abdin Industrial, where he contributed to engineering-driven initiatives and quality-focused solutions. His background combines disciplined execution with analytical thinking, enabling him to lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and deliver robust technical outcomes.

 Attar holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, bringing a strong foundation in systems optimization and continuous improvement. At EagleTC, he applies this expertise to support global engineering teams in testing automotive digital cockpit systems and connected car technologies, ensuring high-quality delivery and reliable performance in a rapidly evolving industry.
